RTG Maritime Ltd. was founded in 1984 and has been engaging in providing services of port agency, liner agency and ship's chartering and brokering to customer's demand in the area of Taiwan, China and Vietnam.
Raymond Tu, the Managing Director founded this company after his long management experience in Sea-Land service Inc. Maersk Lines and others, was once elected by the member companies of IOFFLAT (Sea Freight Forwarders Association) as the Chairman for two terms and the Director of TAFA (Air Freight Forwarders Association) in Taiwan in 1995. And the honorary positions of his leadership in these two associations are still remaining.
Over in past two decades we have built our in-depth knowledge on the local market and operation as well as earned a great friendship and solid relationship with international ship owners and operators, cargo clients, governmental units, customs authorities, port authorities and terminal operators. What our belief is that customer's satisfaction is not only a business of ours but also a pleasure of ours, as we always deem service job a very personal business to deal with.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- Time zone - GMT + 8 hours
- Pilotage - Compulsory and pilot's boarding is at outer anchorage or preferably within 2 miles off the breakwater. In some conditions during regular strong monsoon around Taichung Oct - Mar yearly, pilot must embark inside the breakwater.
- Immigration - Listed crew passport and seaman book should be ready for official's inspection. Thence crew's shore pass can be issued upon berthing, which all should be returned to officials prior to ship's departure.
